Canada Week at Guadalajara’s Sanborns restaurants


Smells just like in Canada: a chef learns the mysteries of northern home cooking at a training seminar in preparation for Canada Week at Guadalajara’s Sanborns restaurants.

Craving maple beans, poutine or chicken pot pie? Does your mouth water at the thought of cheddar omelettes, pork ragout or real split pea soup? It’s time to head for ... Sanborns. As part of Canada Week (February 14-25), all eleven Sanborns restaurants in Guadalajara will feature an exclusive menu of good old Canadian home cooking.
