Patriotic Revelers Killed in Mexico Leader’s Hometown

Here is an event that we could have attended, and fortunately did not. The full story can be found in The New York Times. There was a similar tragedy avoided back on Boxing Day, December 26, 2005, when we were on our way to a camera store on Yonge St. were a shooting occurred. Fortunately, the shoes I was wearing were too uncomfortable for the walk from the St. Lawrence market to the camera store.
