This blog is a chronicle of our travels from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to our new home to Lakeside in San Antonio, Tlayacapan in Fraccionamiento Chula Vista Norte (CVN). This is located near the village of Ajijic and the town of Lake Chapala in Mexico. CLICK ON ANY IMAGE TO ENLARGE IT.
The long awaited opening of Walmart finally opened today. The activity level inside and outside was a zoo! Unfortunately the new building is situated on a prime site overlooking the lake and mountains; a real shame. This would have been a beautiful park.

This is the result of engineering problems. The signs were visible long ago, and we were waiting for this disaster to occur. It wasn't a question of if it would happen, simply one of when it would happen. It was nerve wracking to drive and walk by this wall on our way to our home.
