We just purchased a cell for our travels through the area. We were looking for the least expensive and most practical phone available. The F3 is it. It was designed to allow anyone, anywhere to have mobile communication. Unlike most phones, the F3 is designed to appeal to the low-end market, and developing countries, making it less functional, but also less expensive than most phones. It made it appealing to developing markets by using only simple symbols and using speech to identify tasks in the menu, helping those who can't read.It is the least expensive cell phone made, and is so simple it doesn't have a menu; just icons. Attempting to Fix a Mistake

Our builder “forgot” to extend the terrace to the specified dimensions. He is now attempting to “patch” a solution as can be seen above. This will have to be removed since it will only fall off in the very near future! The joys of building in Mexico.
